This plan includes all the workouts planned for you and access to my FB group that will encourage you as a community just like a Pride does for all their members. This accountability not only fuels your desire to improve, it encourages you- even when you don't want to work out, specifically end of week 3-mid week 4. That's what we call the slump, it's not new, and we're not quite to the finish line. We will be there to cheer you on, post your workouts, your wins, your shoutouts on this group, we're all in this together.
In 6 weeks you will experience the running community, personalized videos that show you which stretches to actually do, and which ones to NEVER skip. I'll also show you how some "twinges, pains or sore spots" can actually be caused by your gear or improper warm up or cool down routines. And of course have access to our facebook group where you can share your wins, and ask questions. This is a proven formula to provide accountability and community which will be there for you when you need it during that 5am run. You'll also improve your mindset!
